How to buy & pay

1. Email us your order to info@norellfurniture.com
2. You receive an order confirmation and invoice
3. We require advance payments since all our furniture is custom made
4. You can pay your invoice via two options: bank transfer or secure credit card link
5. We notify you when your furniture is ready and it gets shipped with DHL Express

Pay us via bank transfer

To transfer your payment to us, you need to provide your bank with our Swift/BIC code and IBAN number. These can be found on your invoice. The Swift/BIC code is always the same, but the IBAN number is unique to the currency you are transferring. On rare occasions you might also need to provide our bank address. Here is the information:
